Children like to eat junk food and snack. Second, they lock exercise. After they ate those junk food or snack just sitting there that makes them more unhealthy. The other reason is their parents. Parents who are overweight have bad life style. This affects their children because children become like them. The last reason is children don't have enough sleep.
